Raphaël Pignol the cellar master of Vins d'Antigone in Montpellier loves and shares, Arômes Sauvages from Domaine de Viranel in Cessenon-sur-Orb. We fell in love with this old vine established in a goblet and planted in 1939. Alicante-Bouschet is a grape variety of French origin, made in 1855 by Henri Bouschet in Mauguio in the heart of Languedoc
